1. Elp students are not satisfied with their classes and levels.

         1.      ELP officer should conduct surveys and find problems and then examine what students want to learn.

2.     ELP should makes another test such as placement test and Ielts (make sure students get right levels)

2. Most students state that pronunciation is not helpful to them

         1. hire many American teachers (one on one)

         2. make more recording systems.

         3. tutor.

         1. They should make specific programs that help the international stduetns, and they analyze what students have the problems.

         2.Elp office hires more advisors that can give studetns many opportunities to get information or whent they change their schedules.
